Walking Champions is a free, fun and flexible walking program developed to introduce children and youth to the health and wellness life-long benefits of walking. Walking Champions will increase skills and knowledge about physical activity, and get students excited about walking with friends.

Walking Champions Handbook

The Walking Champions Handbook is designed to support your walking club with ideas and tips on how to walk in 5 fun and exciting ways. Walking for transportation, walking in different environments, walking for social interaction, walking for health and wellness, walking for speed. The associated challenge is a way for you to track your clubs' progress as you walk for different reasons throughout the year.
