Race Alberta's ONLY 1-Mile Road Race
High Street Mile
It's flat, straight and traffic free!
UPDATE ON HIGH STREET MILE - MARCH 18, 2020
It is with a mixture of caution and regret that the Edmonton High Street Mile Board of Directors has postponed this year’s race. Originally planned for the morning of Sunday, May 10th, the Board determined that, based on COVID-19 developments around the world, such a date is totally impractical.
A revised date will be set once a clearer perspective of health conditions is possible, which may be later this year or in early May 2021. Once set, the date will be posted on this webpage as well as the Running Room's race website.
Join runners of all ages and abilities for Edmonton's High Street Mile! Register as an individual or put together a team of 4 and see how fast you can run a mile. Kids under 12 years old can participate in a 1/4 mile run, and school-age runners can compete separate from adult runners!
Funds raised through the team race will go to Active Healthy Kids Canada Charity to support the Alberta Medical Association's Youth Run Club!
